Our Executive Director, Sandi Carlton, took the reins of the agency in June 2015. Her goals for the agency included increasing therapy & advocacy staff, reducing client waiting time for services, greater community outreach and networking with other social service agencies to create a more effective presence in Kitsap County. Sandi enjoys boating, reading and her beloved WSU Cougars.
